TECNOPLAST S.r.l. was founded in 2003 thanks to the experience gained by its technicians in the field of plastics and composites.
The company mainly is involved in the supply, construction, maintenance and installation of water and industrial pipeline systems in the following material:

  • GRP, GRVE
  • Thermoplastic (PVC, PPH, HDPE, PVDF …)
  • Thermoplastic reinforced with GRP

For the following sectors:

  • Civil applications
  • Industrial applications (chemical, oil and gas, power plant, water treatment…)
  • Marine applications (Vessel and offshore)

The factory is located in Casale Marittimo (Pisa) – Italy, in the heart of Tuscany region and very close to both Leghorn and La Spezia ports, and Pisa and Florence international airports

Tecnoplast facilities can be summarized as follows:

  • Total area: 10.000 sqm
  • Production area: 1.600 sqm
  • Covered warehouse for raw material: 200 sqm
  • Office: 120 sqm
  • Storage area for finished and semifinished products: 8.000 sqm

Tecnoplast works in joint venture with a company located in Romania and having a certified quality system.
The production processes, items quality, standards procedure of the 2 companies have been standardized in order to reduce costs and to keep a quality high level.

Thank to this  joint venture TECNOPLAST can reach an overall productivity capacity based on  more than 50 skilled workers and therefore it  can satisfy all the Customer requests in terms of performance, conformity to technical specifications, prices, quality, on time delivery in the plastic and composite applications.
